1970 – a year in science fiction

1970.pngI’m putting together some thoughts on science fiction in the 1970s, and what better place to start than 1970?! I’ve scoured various lists of books / films / TV shows and other places, and the highlights are listed below. I wondered though, what have I missed? If you can add to this, let me know in the comments!


This is not meant to be exhaustive, just titles a fan at the time might have enjoyed or at least been aware of. It’s UK centred in terms of TV.
